When using the Service or using the Cacon application, the Customer undertakes and warrants that:
1. Has full civil capacity in accordance with current law to accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions. usage clause; has the right, authority and capacity to use the Services and to comply with these Terms of Use.
2. The information provided to Cacon is always guaranteed to be updated, complete and authentic.
Using the Service and using the Cacon application is to serve legal and valid needs.
Do not authorize others to use your Cacon application user identity or status.
3. Do not transfer or transfer your Cacon application user account to any other individual or organization.
4. Commit to always comply with relevant current laws applicable in your country and in Vietnam where the Services are used.
5. It is your responsibility to check and ensure that you have downloaded the correct compatible Cacon application for your mobile device. Cacon is not responsible for the fact that you do not have a device compatible with the Cacon application and/or have downloaded an inappropriate or incompatible version of the Cacon application for your mobile device. .
6. The Company reserves the right to not allow you to use the Service in case you use the Cacon application on an incompatible, unauthorized device or use the Cacon application for another purpose. for purposes that the Cacon application supports.
By using the Cacon application, Customers commit and agree that:
- Do not use the Cacon application to send or store any unauthorized documents or information or for fraudulent purposes; to annoy, harass others or make fake service bookings; violates the prohibitions of current Vietnamese law.
2. Do not contact Partners for purposes other than using the Services that the Cacon application supports.
3. Do not use Cacon or the Supplier’s information for any purpose other than using the Service.
4. Do not commit acts (intentionally or unintentionally) that may damage the Cacon application, damage the brand reputation, assets of Cacon and/or the Supplier.
5. Do not copy, resell, give away or distribute the Cacon application and/or related support software without the written permission of Cacon.
6. Fully responsible for preserving and securing the password of your Cacon application account (User Account) or any identification method that Cacon provides for Customers to use the Cacon application.
7. Provide Cacon with any proof of identity that Cacon may require for the purposes of providing the User Account, providing the Services.
8. Agree to provide authentic information, regularly maintain, promptly update and complete information as required by Cacon to use the Service to ensure that this information is always authentic, updated and complete at all times. The Customer acknowledges that if the information about the Customer is untrue, inaccurate, not updated or incomplete in any respect, Cacon has the right to terminate the Customer’s use of the Service. at any time with or without notice.
9. Do not commit acts of deceiving Cacon and acts of a similar nature to gain illegal benefits in any event, promotional activity or campaign conducted by Cacon.
10. When requesting Services through the Cacon application or when using the Services, you must pay telecommunications fees yourself according to the telecommunications service provider’s policy.
11. Do not commit acts intended to sabotage the normal operation of the Cacon application and Cacon’s related information technology systems.
12. Your use of the Cacon application, Services and/or features integrated on the Cacon application will be appropriate and subject to Cacon’s Information Security Policy.
13. Commit to taking full legal responsibility and responsibility for all loss or damage caused to yourself, Partners, Cacon and any third party when you violate violate any provision of these Terms of Use.
The Company does not make any representations, warranties or incur any liability as to the reliability, punctuality, timeliness, quality, suitability, availability, accuracy or completeness improvement of the Services provided on the Cacon application , and/or about incentives/gifts.
The Company does not warrant that:
- The Cacon application and related supporting software will be completely free of errors or defects.
- The quality of any products, services, information, gifts, offers that the Customer purchases or obtains through the Cacon application will fully meet the Customer’s requirements or expectations.
- Cacon services and applications will completely meet the customer’s requirements or expectations.
- The Cacon Application and/or the server(s) on which the Cacon Application operates will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
- The use of the Services on the Cacon E-commerce Platform, the Cacon application and/or other supporting software will be safe, timely, uninterrupted or error-free or can be operated in combination with any hardware, any other software, system or data.
The Company will be exempted from liability in the following cases: Losses that may be caused to the Customer due to the inability to access and use the Cacon application for the following reasons: Unable to access and use the application due to Reasons for Internet connection error. Hardware or software failures beyond the Company’s control. Losses due to Internet network errors, machine errors, or system maintenance errors.
Customer acknowledges and agrees that all risks arising from the use of the services, offers and any third party services, including, without limitation, transportation services and/or Third party offers belong entirely to the Customer and the Customer will not sue the Company in any way.
“Instruct customers to delete their accounts from the app” in case customers feel dissatisfied with the application service and information security. Cacon provides full instructions to help customers use it easily and safely.
